Responsibilities & Context:
• Handle customer creation, stock receiving, invoice preparation, and payment entry
• Ensure accurate financial and data management, including petty cash, expenses, incentives, and credit control.
• Generate reports, maintain proper documentation, and coordinate with MIS for data backup and system support.
• Monitor pricing, customer information, and regularly communicate updates (dues, returns, stock status) to relevant stakeholders.
