Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize a good team work to reach production goal & make the best quality products.
∎ Prepare CNC Program and reduce production cycle time.
∎ Evaluate all products mold design & create 3D CNC program using SolidWorks & Mastercam Software.
∎ Identify all mold/ fixture major or minor issue and take necessary step with R&D Department.
∎ Guide all subordinate, junior operator for skill development.
∎ Check machining defect with quality control department & prevent damage issue.
∎ Implement production planning regarding production forecast.
∎ Establish CNC & machining process flow organogram for better quality production.
∎ Measure machine operating risk & aware the subordinate and junior operators.
∎ Set all new products cutting parameter according to 3D design.
∎ Prepare requisition form of machining tools, measuring equipment's and forward to store department.
∎ Set yearly training schedule and train up all subordinates and junior operators.
∎ Ensure zero defect production following quality management system.

∎ Age 27 to 32 years
