Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with R&D team.
∎ Give directions to R&D team for Product analysis, research and development.
∎ Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
∎ Plan, determine and executive improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors and customers.
∎ Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
∎ Estimate the design cost, product weights and measurements based on physical samples.
∎ Control the product quality and ensure productivity.
∎ Guide team metrics and objectives ensuring the meeting of goals.
∎ Report to DGM about the progress of given R&D on regular basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
