Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and evaluate potential residential areas or communities for broadband service expansion.
∎ Generate leads through local market visits, door-to-door campaigns, and online inquiries.
∎ Build a database of potential customers and regularly update Online Sheet.
∎ Promote and sell Dour broadband home internet packages to individual households.
∎ Conduct face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
∎ Present tailored internet solutions based on customer preferences, budget, and location.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to organize community-level campaigns or events.
∎ Distribute flyers, brochures, and digital materials to increase awareness of Dour broadband services.
∎ Represent the company at local promotional events and respond to customer inquiries on-site.
∎ Build strong relationships with customers to drive retention and gather referrals.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate technical problems to the support team.
∎ Collect feedback on customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to service offerings.
∎ Track sales performance and maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.
∎ Analyze customer data to identify patterns or opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales achievements, market feedback, and competitor activities.
∎ Work closely with the technical team to ensure timely installation and activation of home broadband connections.
∎ Coordinate with the billing department to facilitate smooth payment processes for new customers.
∎ Communicate customer-specific requirements to the service delivery and support teams.
