Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
∎ Work with the energetic sales team and follow the instruction of the head of Marketing and Sales.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients
∎ Meeting planned sales goals
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
∎ Analyze the present market and create a new market for consumer products
∎ Overseeing ongoing training of salespeople
∎ Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution
∎ The candidate has to be committed to working in the sales department.
∎ Must be committed to oversee and manage national outlets/stores.

∎ Age at most 40 years
