∎ BBA/ MBA or Masters degree from any reputed university.
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Diploma in Apparel Merchandising will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to the Merchandiser/Sr. Merchandiser for every aspect in any time.
∎ Prepare all SWATCHES submission on time to the buyers for approval.
∎ Ensure that fabric and accessories are available in factory within time.
∎ Ensure that production is running as per plan to meet production target & delivery requirement.
∎ Production coordination and arrangement of Export in liaison with shipping department.
∎ Maintain all kinds of reports pertinent to the unit activities, as required.
∎ Monitor the quantity and quality of the collected raw materials.
∎ Follow up production as per approved T & A;
∎ Maintain submit Bill of Material (BOM);
∎ Maintain style-wise data and requirement sheet;
∎ Maintain fabric, accessories booking and in-house on time;
∎ Co-ordinate for testing report with buyer;
∎ Maintain required Management Information System (MIS).
∎ Make sourcing of trims & accessories, fabrics get in house before bulk production starts.
∎ Checking garments and technical sheet.
∎ Negotiate competitive prices with all suppliers for execution and reporting to the management.
∎ Handle all Merchandising issues with merchandiser starting from query to shipment.
∎ All required submission as per Buyer's demand including Development, Counter Sample, Size set, PP, Seal Sample, Fabrics and Trim, etc.
∎ Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality.
∎ Follow-up time and action plan properly and updating daily basis.
∎ Monitor/follow-up sampling program.
∎ Communicate & follow up with buyers, suppliers and factory for smooth handling of orders and make accessories booking.
∎ Maintain all relevant merchandising communications files, reports etc.
∎ Must inform to the Merchandiser/Sr. Merchandiser in any kind of job start/done or finalize and inform immediately to the senior's acknowledgement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must possess & exhibit strong leadership abilities.
∎ Will have to portray first-rate interpersonal persuasive skills.
∎ Must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hard-working, motivated and able to perform under pressure in order to accept this challenging position.
∎ A fine command in written & spoken English with computer knowledge is must.
∎ Candidates must be proactive and creative in order to formulate/ implement efficient & effective business techniques.
∎ Candidates must have experience and be comfortable to handle knit items.
