Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Apparel merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Customers individually starting from order confirmation, and sample development to shipment
∎ Prepare Garments costing
∎ Monitor production and resolve all order-related issues
∎ Ensure Coordination and follow-up with the QC department, commercial department, garments factory, accessories factory, etc., and other relevant entities to ensure smooth production, shipment, and payment
∎ Ensure Continuous communication with the customer
∎ Maintain and monitor the T&A chart to identify process delays and ensure on-time information updates in portal
∎ Follow up of Merchandiser - QA meeting
∎ Maintain regular communication with Customers, Wash factories, Print or Embroidery factories, Accessories, and Fabric suppliers to ensure a smooth production process and identify any processing lag
∎ Develop sample on customer requirement

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
