• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Follow up on development samples from initial development through submission and approval.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure samples meet buyer requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Arrange and follow up on buyer approvals, comments, and revisions to ensure timely execution.
• Manage buyer and internal portals, including order updates, sample submissions, approvals, comments, and other merchandising-related activities.
• Coordinate with buyers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely communication throughout the development process.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding price, quality, delivery, and other commercial requirements to support business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on sample, approval, portal, and supplier-related activities.
