Job Context:
∎ Candidates with Merchandising experience in different product groups such as garments and home-textiles and if possible hard goods but not necessarily.
∎ Workplace - Work at Buying House.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Merchandiser - Experienced candidates having minimum 3 years of experience in woven, knit, sweater, preferably home-textile and hard goods as well.
∎ preference will be given to persons having experience of directly handling European brands and have the ability to work with multiple styles.
∎ The ideal candidate must have the confidence to handle day to day correspondence with the buyers and co-ordinate with the factories for order follow up to ensure on time delivery.
∎ Know how on sourcing of components for garment manufacturing.
∎ Merchandiser - Persons having minimum 3 years of experience of handling a European account, must have basic knowledge of woven garments and have strong command over word, excel and online portals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Buying House, woven, knit, sweater, preferably home-textile and hard goods as well.
∎ The applicants should be open minded and creative and have the confidence and curiosity to explore new area and knowledge in this field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:Sourcing, Merchandising, Production, Planning.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area Fabrics Sourcing, Garments Trims, Production etc.
∎ Ability to work as a Team Member.
∎ Ability to manage multiple accounts.
∎ Ability to do costing, product development, BOM & T&A Plan.
∎ Ability to in-house raw materials as per agreed T&A Plan and to follow up production on a daily basis.
