Responsibilities & Context: - The IT Officer is responsible for managing the overall technology infrastructure of the Hospital/Healthcare, ensuring smooth operations and development of IT systems. The role also involves supporting digital transformation, maintaining manufacturing-related applications, and aligning IT Healthcare business goals.
- Plan, implement, and manage the company’s IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware, and software).
- Manage HIS systems for Healthcare Service (inventory, supply chain, sales & Accounts).
- Ensure cyber security measures, data backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Oversee system integration between Healthcare and Hospital Service.
- Collaborate with end users, supply chain, and finance departments to optimize IT solutions.
- Maintain vendor relationships with hardware, software, and IT service providers.
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades, cloud migration, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's CC TV & Camera systems. This role ensures that all surveillance equipment operates optimally, complies with security protocols, and aligns with the organization's overall IT infrastructure.
- To oversee and optimize company’s mobile SIM card tracking infrastructure. This role involves managing the lifecycle of SIM cards, ensuring secure and efficient tracking systems, and aligning mobile connectivity solutions with organizational objectives.
- To oversee the organization's PABX system to ensure uninterrupted telephony services and manage internal communication platforms to facilitate effective information flow across department. Monitor system performance, manage user accounts and extensions, and maintain call routing and voicemail systems.
- Administer the company’s network infrastructure’s plan, execution and conservation for smooth operation of IT activities. Troubleshoot and resolve all kinds of network related complex issues to maintain finest performance and effort.
- To oversee all aspects of the implementation and operation of information and functional systems for the company, including software applications, network, phone systems and end-user computers and nurse call systems.
- Implement security policies and procedures distributed by the document controller. Monitors compliance with information security policies and procedures, referring problems to the appropriate department head. Communicate with the stakeholders regarding incident resolution.
- Keep track of and manage hardware and software inventory and prepare IT budget. Maintain and
- ensure procured items are properly entered in the designated stock register also properly distributed by maintaining records as per requisitioned.
- Develop IT policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance with regulations. Supervise IT team members and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
- Clear understanding on hospital HIS, PACS, LIS & RIS will get preference.
