Overview

  • Bay Developments Ltd is seeking a proactive, experienced, and strategic professional to join as an Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive, Client Support Team. This role demands leadership in managing client relationships, aligning internal departments, and driving excellence in project execution. As a key representative of the Client Support Team, you will supervise client engagement, support teams, and maintain the highest standards in service delivery across multiple high-end real estate projects.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee the client support team across assigned projects to ensure timely and quality service

  • Maintain strong communication with clients, site personnel, architects, engineers, and senior management

  • Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve client issues or delays

  • Supervise and review financial documents related to interior works including client billing, costing, and credit recovery

  • Conduct post-handover follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of any outstanding issues

  • Maintain quality standards of completed and ongoing projects by regular inspection and reporting

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Procurement) for seamless service delivery

  • Support the implementation of SOPs and suggest process improvements where needed

  • Train and mentor junior team members within the Client Support function

  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and communications
