Overview
Bay Developments Ltd is seeking a proactive, experienced, and strategic professional to join as an Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive, Client Support Team. This role demands leadership in managing client relationships, aligning internal departments, and driving excellence in project execution. As a key representative of the Client Support Team, you will supervise client engagement, support teams, and maintain the highest standards in service delivery across multiple high-end real estate projects.
Roles and Responsibility
Lead and oversee the client support team across assigned projects to ensure timely and quality service
Maintain strong communication with clients, site personnel, architects, engineers, and senior management
Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve client issues or delays
Supervise and review financial documents related to interior works including client billing, costing, and credit recovery
Conduct post-handover follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of any outstanding issues
Maintain quality standards of completed and ongoing projects by regular inspection and reporting
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Procurement) for seamless service delivery
Support the implementation of SOPs and suggest process improvements where needed
Train and mentor junior team members within the Client Support function
Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and communications
