Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure preventive & break down maintenance of all machine of (Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, Printing, Embroidery) section.
∎ Responsibility of 50 sewing line all type of maintenance (Breakdown, Preventive, TPM etc.)
∎ Ensure/supervise installation, testing & commissioning of new machinery
∎ Ensure all kind of maintenance work through ERP (SAP) software system
∎ Responsible for ACCORD/ALLIANCE safety (CAP) related issue & ensure smooth operation of Fire Detection & Protection system.
∎ Prepare Standard Operating Procedure for maintaining all machinery and implement the SOP in a timely manner
∎ Ensure all kind of mechanical & electrical support to smooth operation of Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, Printing, and Embroidery related all machine. supervision and coordination the activities of scheduled maintenance.
∎ Arrange providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Supervise diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment/machinery.
∎ Coordinate response to any breakdown maintenance at the earliest possible time.
∎ Supervise and monitor the engineering and technical staff.
∎ Coordinate maintaining all statistical and financial records relating to all machinery.
∎ Supervise managing stocks of spare parts of all machinery.
∎ Ensure & fulfill demand of various auditor & buyer as per compliance standards.
∎ Ensure daily weekly and monthly check of machinery on regular basis.
∎ Ensure on time completion of any project related work.
∎ Ensure safety measures of all running sewing and other related machine.
∎ Demonstrate & explain all mechanics regarding adjusting & repairing of sewing and other machine within a short time & effectively without production loss.
∎ To organize & supervise sewing mechanic, line wise as per requirement at production floor.
∎ Coordination with TSD & SCM for all sewing & sewing relative machine spare parts.
∎ All kind of mechanical & electrical design 2D & 3D.
∎ All Kind of Sewing Machine Maintenance (Auto & Manual).
∎ Safety System Planning, Installation & Monitoring.
∎ Responsible for keeping spare parts consumption record & monitoring in connection with engineering store
