Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent is responsible for conducting internal audit of factories and taking corrective actions.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for preparing & doing follow-ups on various compliance-related work.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to schedule Fire Drill Training, First Aid Training, Rescue Training, etc. for all employees.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for preparing Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for handling Social and Accord Audit independently.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for ensuring various health & safety standards for improving working conditions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Sound knowledge and implementation experience on Social Compliance, Security Compliance, Fire Safety, and Electric Safety & Building Safety
∎ Experience on certification and implementation of BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, C-TPAT, HIGG index principles.
