Job Context

ACI Motors is looking for Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Spare Parts (Commercial Vehicle, Mahindra) to conduct commercial vehicle-spare parts procurement planning, marketing, dealer support & monitor over all parts operation with field service team for product availability.

Major Responsibilities:

• Analyze spare stock and prepare parts and lubricants order list according with proper field demand.

• Prepare spare parts and lubricants business sales target by analyzing vehicle population, market condition & growth.

• Monitor procurement LC processing & shipment of spare parts by communicating with cross functional department.

• Lead annual and quarterly product planning, forecasting, and pricing processes.

• Prepare and monitor P&L statements for the spare parts business and recommend corrective actions.

• Communicate with foreign & local principals on pricing, product launches, and supply priorities.

• Collect and analyze field feedback on product performance an recommend improvements.

• Support management in launching new spare parts through data-driven insights and demand forecasts.

• Conduct profitability analysis by product category and positioning, recommending strategies for growth.

• Visit the field frequently to ensure customer as well as field forces satisfaction with parts availability.

• Collaborate closely with regional service teams to ensure real-time feedback loop on product performance and market trends.
