Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, Business Development for our Sales & Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market reach through strategic planning, relationship building, and innovative sales and marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on fostering strong relationships within the government sector. This role requires a deep understanding of business development, sales, and marketing strategies, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build trust and secure partnerships with government bodies.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, especially those related to government sector sales.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key government stakeholders to secure approvals and establish long-term partnerships.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Create and implement effective sales policies aligned with business objectives.

  • Strategically manage the budget to ensure all sales targets are met within allocated resources.

  • Support brand presence and market expansion through innovative sales and marketing efforts.
