∎ The Assistant Manager (Vat) will be responsible for handling all VAT issues of the Company under the guidance of senior management.
∎ Job Location Gazipur/ Anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Specific responsibilities are included but not are limited to the following:
∎ Maintaining / submitting / Preparing related documents as per VAT Act/Rules :
∎ VAT Return, Purchase Book, Sales Book, Credit Note, Debit Note, Treasury Challan,
∎ Input-Output coefficient, VDS Certificate, VAT-related export documents, VAT-related purchase documents, Conducting VAT Audit.
∎ Data maintenance/updating through NBR - approved VAT software, MS Excel.
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per VAT Act/Rules.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on VAT online and VAT rebate/refund and exemption
∎ process.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Min 5 Years of experience in similar role in any food-producing company/ group of
∎ companies.
∎ Sound knowledge of Corporate Affairs, financial Rules, company law, fiscal policy,
∎ compliance, updated VAT Law;
∎ Strong skills and experience with Word, Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks;
∎ Self-motivated, team player, passionate and success driven.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
∎ Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders
∎ and communicate the benefits of VAT initiatives;
∎ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
