Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate must be self-motivated & independently can handle VAT Accounts of a Group of Companies.
∎ Execute, monitor, and manage VAT-related works as well as able to maintain VAT accounts of Manufacturing & Trading companies.
∎ Close liaison with VAT Circle and Division as well as VAT Inspector, VAT Super, and other related personnel.
∎ Able to prepare documentation for price declaration and all necessary costing & calculate for the same.
∎ The individual will have to have the ability to maintain all books of Accounts which is required for VAT issues.
∎ The personnel will have the ability to write all VAT-related letters & issues in Bengali & English.
∎ Ability to Execute, monitor, and manage all Books of Accounts through Tally Software as well as register.
∎ The ability to maintain all Books of Accounts related Sales, Receivables Etc.
∎ Ability to writing inventory records through tally software with proper inventory mgt. system Maintaining financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose), and VAT authorities.
∎ Ensure transactions duly comprised and classified in the ledger to help the preparation of financial statements.
∎ Develop and control a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively managed.
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per the Bangladesh Income Tax law and VAT Act.
∎ Preparation of VAT-4.3,6.1, 6.2, 6.6
∎ Issuance of VAT-6.3,6.7, 6.8
∎ Calculation of VDS & TDS etc. and depositing to the Bank through treasury challan.
∎ Preparation and submission of VAT Return
∎ Responsible for all VAT-related queries and filings in the proper way.
∎ Ensure monthly proper TDS deduction from Suppliers.
∎ Providing TDS certificates deducted from suppliers.
∎ Preparation of monthly proper TDS, challans on various heads of Income Tax & Deposit so to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT /Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Ensure compliance with all fiscal laws including Income Tax, Vat & Company Law.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management from time to time.
∎ Must be fluent in English speaking and understanding.
