Job Context:
∎ The purpose of Assistant Manager is to oversee the Trust operations of UMMI AL-MONOWARA TRUST (a concern of Akij Venture Group) & in charge of the department`s day-to-day functions as well as supervising and supporting stuff.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all Kind of Zakat project planning .
∎ Monitor the activities of trust & field visits as per guideline of Management.
∎ Develop written proposal, case statements, letter of inquiry as per requirement.
∎ Managing and maintaining contact with trust parties.
∎ Handling all distribution requirements of trust parties.
∎ Ensuring continued compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
∎ Complying will cross border guidelines.
∎ Supporting teamwork through working with other members.
∎ To Promote the organizations mission.
∎ Any other task assigns by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
