Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to Develop Sales Plan, Strategy and lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with architect firms and existing clients.
∎ Candidate should visit market on daily basis.
∎ Need to meet individual sales target on a monthly basis.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Ceramic ware, Tiles,Building Automation Sectorand Real Estate Sector marketing.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Conduct market survey on competitor's activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship development.
∎ Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 39 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on Building Automation & BMS Sector is highly expected
∎ Experience in Ceramic ware/ Tiles industries
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have the tendency to work for extended hours.
∎ Should have minimum computer knowledge.
∎ Driving motor bike with Valid driving license will be preferred
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
