∎ Age 28 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise 24/7 ISP Customer Care activities to ensure the highest quality standards.
∎ Serve as the Technical Key Account Manager (KAM) for all internal and external issues related to the assigned Clients.
∎ Build a good relationship with the Client, also arrange and attend meetings at the client's premises.
∎ Ensure Client satisfaction with top quality support service.
∎ Monitor all Network Infrastructure and Priority clients connections and seek attention if any improvement is needed.
∎ Prepare and send Daily/Monthly reports to clients.
∎ Cordinates with different internal teams to improve support efficiency and accountability.
∎ Make sure services are delivered on time and follow operational standards.
∎ Take responsibility for departmental tasks when needed.
∎ Other tasks assigned by Management.
∎ Ready to work in Holidays.
∎ Strong skills in coordination, communication, and organization.
∎ Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
∎ Ability to manage accounts independently and facilitate communication across teams.
∎ Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of IT and network systems, service documentation, and reporting tools.
∎ Dedicated to continuous improvement and high-quality service.
∎ Skilled in engaging stakeholders and building relationships.
∎ Capable of giving client and corporate presentations that align with company goals.
