Additional Requirements: Strong understanding of networking and NTTN/ISP billing frameworks.

Knowledge of revenue assurance, cost control, and compliance in ISP/NTTN billing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and deliver results under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context: Position Overview:
The role is responsible for leading end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, regulatory compliance, and effective reconciliation of costs. This position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance process efficiency, minimize revenue leakage, and drive continuous improvement in billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Operations Management
- Lead and oversee end-to-end billing operations by ensuring accuracy in revenue calculations, proper reflection of P&L impact, and effective reconciliation of NTTN costs. Establish strong billing governance frameworks to drive efficiency, reduce errors, and maintain financial integrity across all billing processes.
- System & Panel Ownership
- Take complete ownership of the billing system and panel management, including package setup, audit trails, compliance updates, and automation.
- Continuously monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and implement upgrades to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Revenue Assurance
- Ensure robust revenue assurance by reconciling bandwidth usage with billing data to detect anomalies, leakages, and discrepancies.
- Develop proactive controls and monitoring mechanisms to safeguard revenue streams and minimize financial risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align billing with customer contracts, work orders, and service packages.
- Provide financial insights and support to stakeholders to ensure accurate revenue recognition and contract compliance.
- Regulatory & Audit Compliance
- Ensure strict compliance with BTRC, NTTN, and internal audit requirements in all billing and revenue-related matters.
- Prepare and support documentation for external and internal audits, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead automation initiatives to streamline billing operations.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement measures that enhance accuracy, scalability, and overall system performance.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the billing team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to build a high-performing and motivated team.
