∎ MBA/ M.com/B.com (Accounting) from any reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification (CA CC)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cost Management, Income Tax, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Real Estate, Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicants having sound knowledge and responsible for all Tax related task.
∎ To ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Law and VAT Act.
∎ Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in Tax regulations and their potential impacts on the organization.
∎ Submission of Yearly Tax return of each unit concerns to Tax authority with proper documentations.
∎ Preparation of Tax accounts, provide financial accounts Tax related strategic advice.
∎ Ensure proper preparation and submission of Tax.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & independently handle all Tax related works of the company.
∎ Maintain all level of communication with the local Income Tax Office as well as custom office, VAT commissioner, Division office, Circle office, Custom intelligence office etc.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Develop, Implement and ensure compliance of Tax and VAT policy in production.
∎ Set target and supervise all accounts finance Tax and VAT etc.
∎ The applicants should have 5-7 years working Manufacturing and Trading Business or experience in Accounts and Finance Department.
∎ Required comprehensive Knowledge of Tax (Personal and Company), Company Law, Business Law and Commercial law.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard).
∎ Ability to work under account software environment and pressure.
∎ Incumbent should have experience on analyzing data & organizing documents/records.
∎ The applicants should have the experience(s) in the following business area(s): Manufacturing and listed Company only, other than this please do not apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ Must be knowledge tally ERP -9 software
∎ Applicants who has real Tax Professional experience as per Bangladesh Income Tax Act are highly encouraged to apply.
