∎ B.Sc in CSE/ EEE/ ETE
∎ Training/ Certification: CCNA/ CCNP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in network design and implementation.
∎ ISP Home user troubleshooting and maintain communication with the same
∎ Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
∎ Monitor network to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Create and maintain network users/permissions.
∎ Create technical support documents for systems and applications.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of network and security of traffic that passes through the network, Internet access and websites.
∎ Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring & analysis, troubleshooting network problems and escalating problems to vendor.
∎ Maintain an inventory of customer premises equipment of Switches, Routers and other access devices that are attached to the network and security.
∎ Proactively monitor and maintain client relationship.
∎ Manage and maintain the list of network & IP addresses.
∎ Vendor (Links, Devices and services) management for support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong understanding of ISP business
∎ Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
∎ Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills
∎ Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities
∎ Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
∎ Knowledge of computing infrastructures
∎ Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools
∎ Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving ability
∎ Proficiency in scripting languages
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues
∎ Must have positive and can-do attitude
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Skill in customer relation management.
