∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ • Should have the member of IEB
∎ • Proficiency in software, such as Auto CAD Designing, ETABS & STAAD Pro.
∎ • In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
∎ • Project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
∎ • Great mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills.
∎ • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ • Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
∎ • Availability to visit the construction site when relevant.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable of facing RSC, Nirapon and Brand’s Structural Safety audit and preparing all documents according to their requirements.
∎ Capable of preparing architectural and machine layout plans per the production flowchart requirement.
∎ Capable to contribute technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
∎ Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
∎ Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
∎ Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
∎ Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
∎ Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
∎ Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.
∎ Have to gain current knowledge of all applicable safety laws and regulations (NFPA, BNBC,RSC & NIRAPON) to ensure full compliance at all times
∎ Coordination of site activities with the Site Engineer and monitoring for compliance with design and dimensional accuracy of the installation of precast elements and construction works.
∎ Job context: The ideal candidate must have 5 to 8 years of working experience in construction safety of any reputed Garments Company.
