Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, strategies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and undertake process improvement initiatives and oversee business. process implementation with the required policies, tools, and templates throughout the organization.
∎ Working capital monitoring and preparing three months’ moving cash-flow projection
∎ Financial statement and profitability analysis of the company.
∎ Quarterly evaluation of sales team KPI and verification with concerned departments.
∎ Actively take part and assist Management in strategic planning and setting organizational goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Very good verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Salary: Negotiable
