∎ BBA, MBA in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent must ensure the sufficient stock is available of store to avoid out of stock
∎ Maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per company procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Store must be made free from any pilferage.
∎ Delivery of materials according to floor requisition & maintain proper stock level.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to maintain the overall raw material indent received, MRR, daily raw report.
∎ Manage proper inventory weekly or monthly basis & report to concern person.
∎ Recording and reconciling the raw materials and spare parts receive with the record.
∎ Update all the receiving and issuance of materials on daily basis.
∎ Reporting the consumption report weekly/monthly timely.
∎ Delivery of the received materials to the departments as per approved requisition
∎ Any other task as assigned by management from time to time.
∎ Maintain books and records for transaction through Tally ERP.
∎ Maintain Petty cash related book & record.
∎ Prepare financial statements as per applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Prepare all types of accounting report and submit to top management with in stipulated time.
∎ Must be able to regularly prepare & maintain vouchers for all transactions with proper supporting and good filing system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Microsoft Office, Internet Browsing, Data Entry Etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): store keeper, Accountant at Factory Depot.
∎ Must be HONEST, Sincere, Punctual and Disciplined.
∎ Strong Excel and database skills.
∎ Good computer skills including use of medium complexity on TALLY or accounting systems is preferable
