Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain booking process as per daily shipments plan. Check all cargo points & load processes.
∎ Handle export vehicle loading and export documents are bolt seal record maintenance.
∎ Ensure housekeeping for all the production. Ensure daily export reports are published.
∎ Ensure filing and keeping records of all export documents.
∎ Ensure shipments-related documentation and register are updated.
∎ Inspect all the goods and packing list signature of merchandiser & audit team for ok to ship.
∎ Inspect passed goods are received & on time shipped.
∎ Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations.
∎ Ensure daily shipments vehicles’ moisture is checked.
∎ Export goods PO item-wise loading to make the process smoother
