Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developed relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate land project solution.
∎ Served as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
∎ Created systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, and other forms of media.
∎ Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
∎ Handled day to day legal issues, managed repairs and maintenance issues, conducted regular property inspections.
∎ Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
∎ Responsible for meeting the Sales Target and Profit Target with proper planning.
∎ Rollout the marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
