Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Support for Interior & Furniture Project and Product sales including Services
∎ Cost estimation and preparation of project execution strategy, etc.
∎ Preparation of quotation, technical proposal, and BOQ matching customers’ requirements
∎ Sales forecasting and preparing of Annual budget
∎ Maintaining continuous collaboration with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Government Customers, etc. for new project/order acquisition and reconnection with existing customers
∎ Ability to generate management reports
∎ Must be a self-starter with a taking-charge attitude in discharging responsibilities
∎ Ability to identify customer needs, respond appropriately on time, and end up in successful sales
∎ To develop sales strategy and action for project/product/Service businesses
∎ Candidates must need to have the “TO DO” capability to the command of his Manager
