Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Development, Accounts or Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendations for product development
∎ Conduct research to understand markets to identify consumer trends & needs and determine how to Plan, develop & implement sales operation of the organization
∎ Work with Research and Development (R&D) team, technical team to convert innovative business ideas
∎ Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning and brand optimization of company products
∎ Need to do product costing & pricing and work to increase Gross Contribution/Margin
∎ Plan and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
∎ Develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
∎ Visit regular of external customer i.e. partners, distributors and all level of the customer to get regular and situation oriented support.
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers

∎ Age at least 30 years
