Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting prospective clients and promoting projects.
∎ Respond to the clients' query at the office and over telephone.
∎ Preparing proposals and negotiating the terms and conditions with the clients as per sales guidelines.
∎ Search and visit potential clients to capture sales, leads and analyze the client's needs.
∎ Follow up and keep up good relationships with the existing customers to ensure re-order.
∎ Ensuring sales targets and meeting the limit set by the department head.
∎ Gain feedback from clients and deal with them when necessary.
∎ Collect client information in a systematic way as per company rules.
∎ Build strong relationships with customers.
∎ Gather market and industry information.
∎ Perform competitor analysis on the regular basis.
∎ Prepare sales schedule activities.
∎ Involve in direct marketing activities.
∎ Maintain the sales activity record and prepare a timely sales report.
∎ Personally, pursue and close key sales opportunities, managing the sales process.
∎ Managing database of marketing information of the industry. Analyze statistics of sales growth in comparison to prior months.
∎ Ensuring proper collection and target recovery is achieved.
∎ Preparing sales and marketing strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Apartment Sales, land Sales * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Development Agency
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ There will be a sales commission based on sales target.
