∎ The Sales Personnel meets and exceeds sales of industrial segment of paints and protective coatings through professional sales techniques, product attributes, and long term customer relationships. These positions will be mainly based in Dhaka with having to travel to industrial sites across Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location-Mainly in Dhaka (Occasional travels outside required)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential clients and their requirement of industrial protective coatings site to supervise on-site sampling of products and train end users on product usage and application process
∎ Ensure sales volume and sales value from industrial clientele as per each month's sales target
∎ Communicate product benefits and features to managers/engineers/end users
∎ Communicate and follow-up with the paint contractors/painters regularly
∎ Ensure high visibility through regular visit to industrial sites
∎ Keep in touch with the end users/painters and resolve their problems
∎ Carry out demand generation activities to achieve sales target. Provides exceptional customer service through immediate response to client's requests, continuous client maintenance, participation in demonstrations and constant updates on sales targets
∎ Conducts end user activities on a consistent basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum THREE (3) years of paint industry related experience is a must
∎ Having language fluency in Bangla and English
∎ Proven B2B and B2C sales skills
∎ Strong territory management system
∎ Working knowledge of computers including Email, Word, Excel
∎ Must present a positive and professional appearance
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
∎ Ability to stay informed on current industry trends and discuss with management
∎ Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
∎ Must possess strong influence and persuasion skills
∎ Must possess strong planning, prioritizing, and goal setting skills
∎ Must demonstrate strong relationship management skills
∎ Builds and updates corporate CRM system on a regular basis and ensures updated information
∎ Willingness to travel ~40% of the time
∎ Performs other required tasks as assigned
∎ Required License: Preferable Motorbike
∎ Required Technical Skills: Calculating surface area and product consumption
∎ Specific Training Required: Training on paint products and application process
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
