∎ Experience in Outdoor Branding/ Sponsorship/ Event Execution/ Social Media.
∎ Sound Knowledge on ERP software
∎ Knowledge on Tourism & Hospitality Industry Product & Sales.
∎ Experience on Corporate Sales.
∎ Computer proficiency over MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing Marketing Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the resort's offerings, attract guests, and increase revenue. Also, to promote Basecamp activities, focusing on attracting customers interested in outdoor adventures, camping, hiking, and related activities.
∎ Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, communicating with agency and inhouse design team for managing social media contents, creating and scheduling content, and implementing online advertising campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for Basecamp activities, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and email newsletters. Content should highlight the unique experiences offered at Basecamp and appeal to the target audience. Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize results.
∎ Traditional Marketing: Coordinate traditional marketing initiatives such as print advertising, direct maill campaigns, and promotional events. Explore partnerships with other outdoor recreation organizations to cross-promote Resorts and Basecamp activities.
∎ Brand Management: Help maintain and enhance the resort's brand image through consistent messaging. branding guidelines, and promotional materials.
∎ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
∎ Collaboration: identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant businesses, influencers, and organizations to expand the reach of Resorts and Basecamp activities. This may include collaborating on co-branded marketing campaigns, hosting joint events, or offering exclusive discounts to partner audiences.
∎ Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reports to management.
∎ Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, segment audiences, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
∎ Event Promotion: Coordinate special events, promotions, and partnerships to drive traffic to the resort and enhance the guest experience. Plan and execute promotional events to showcase Basecamp activities, such as outdoor workshops, guided hikes, or camping demos. Coordinate with vendors, and local organizations to maximize event attendance and visibility.
∎ Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and hospitality to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
∎ Any other task given by the management.
