∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agro based firms (Seed Marketing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research and prepare forecast plan for the agro business.
∎ Develop marketing plan, strategy and feasibility of operations and implement them.
∎ Seek out opportunity for Sales generation, where Seeds and fresh fruits and vegetables can be marketed.
∎ Increase the Market Coverage and ensure product placement is at desired outlets.
∎ Make frequent visits to customers, shops and communicate them to develop the business.
∎ Develop new connections with vendors and other suppliers to get quality supplies.
∎ Develop content for branding, Promotions, packaging designs, trading and BTL advertising.
∎ Identify market trends, spending patterns and consumer behavior and suggest plan of actions.
∎ Analyze competitors to know competitors product and compare market share.
∎ To forecast sales and ensure orders are taken based on capabilities.
∎ Achieve sales volume target, revenue and profitability goals.
∎ Ensure on time delivery and proper customer care service for clients.
∎ Monitoring and follow up of Field Force activities and achieve results by them.
∎ Raise awareness among the wholesalers, retailers and end users about existing and new products.
∎ Generate ideas and develop new products for expanding business.
∎ Prepare accurate sales, pricing and demand reports.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly sales and delivery reports.
∎ Do customer profitability analysis, work schedule charts and other required planning tools.
∎ Prepare annual business plan, necessary budget, sales target.
∎ Create invoice, voucher for every sale and update company records and register books.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant work experience in an agricultural working environment. Preferably both B2B and B2C experience;
∎ Have strong data analysis and interpretation capacity;
∎ Are capable of managing complex projects;
∎ Want to achieve and get things done with the support of the marketing and sales teams.
∎ Are a visionary that is able to create strategic plans with a commercial perspective that can be implemented successfully.
∎ New customer development. Sales promotional activities. Find new opportunity for company products.
∎ Always shown positive attitude and dedication for company instructions
∎ On time reporting to supervisor and problem solving capability.
