Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop training materials on the usage of the product (application/software) in coordination with development and product team
∎ Work closely with development and product team to provide meaningful insights for making the product interfaces more and more user friendly
∎ Carry out regular training session for existing and new joiners for providing training on usage of the application
∎ Identify the teams' training needs on both functional and technical aspects and accordingly plan the monthly, quarterly, yearly training calendars
∎ Assess the training outcome and take further measures at individual level for individual efficiency enhancement, conduct online assessment sessions to evaluate training outcome
∎ Strategize new training methods to be implemented
∎ Collect and interpret data to determine effectiveness of training techniques.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5/6 years of experience working in sales and related field
∎ Experience of developing training materials
∎ Familiarities with application based software handling and as previous training facilitator
∎ Experience of conducting trainings using virtual training tools
∎ Good command over MS office, Google Doc, OTTs any other application based software
∎ Excellent presentation skills
∎ Excellent communication skills, both oral & written
∎ Training management skills
