  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Bengali and English.

  • Proven experience in software sales or marketing, with at least 3 years in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of software products and the technology industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Job Context:

  • PlayOn 24 is operating in Bangladesh since 2016 as Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) and Software & App Development firm. PlayOn 24 is one of the promising software firms of Bangladesh which aims at creating a new standard in the ear of software development, web application, e-commerce, customized website design, mobile application & game development.

  • We are now seeking innovative and result-oriented professionals to join our Sales Team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify and source business opportunities using existing product applications.

  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling and referrals.

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential client.

  • Maintain relationship with existing customers through telephone, email and regular visits.

  • Maintain and expand the client database to build long-term relationships.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

  • Ongoing planning and implementation of customer acquisition activities.

  • Coordinating with and reporting to managers to carry out campaigns.

  • Attending and organizing sales promotional events and exhibitions.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Provide input on product development based on client feedback.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects within given deadlines.
