Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Distribution
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for products in pharmacy channels
Expand numeric and weighted distribution across pharmacies, medical stores, and healthcare outlets
Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and freshness at all assigned outlets
Monitor secondary sales and stock movement to avoid expiry and stock-outs
Pharmacy Channel Management
Develop strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and key decision-makers
Implement pharmacy-specific trade programs, discounts, and visibility initiatives
Ensure proper product placement, shelf visibility, and POSM execution
Handle pharmacy objections and educate on probiotic benefits and usage
Medical & Scientific Coordination
Coordinate with medical detailing teams (if applicable) for doctor/pharmacist advocacy
Support sampling, CMEs, and health awareness programs.
Ensure accurate communication of product benefits, claims, and compliance guidelines
Trade Marketing Execution
Execute CP (Consumer Promotion), TP (Trade Promotion), and visibility campaigns
Track ROI of pharmacy-focused promotions and recommend improvements
Coordinate with marketing for campaign rollout and feedback
Distributor & Team Management
Manage pharmacy-focused distributors and sales representatives
Guide, train, and monitor field sales teams working in pharmacy routes
Ensure timely order booking, collection follow-up, and claims settlement
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Analyze sales trends, outlet productivity, and competitor activity
Provide market feedback on pricing, competition, and consumer behavior
