Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand the company’s customer base.

• Handle client inquiries, site visits, property presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.

• Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders to increase sales.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and digital marketing initiatives.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.

• Assist senior management in formulating strategic plans for business growth.
