Additional Requirements:
Must have hands-on experience with e-GP tendering.
Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.
Proficient in MS Office.
knowledge of AutoCAD or solar design tools is a plus.
Must be willing to travel frequently for site visits, survey and client meetings.
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
Good understanding of solar PV systems, installation basics and commercial terms.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead solar project sales with government tendering activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in rooftop solar project sales and strong understanding of the e-GP tendering process. This role involves both sales strategy and technical coordination and client engagement to drive business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead sales and marketing activities for solar rooftop and renewable energy projects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Prepare and manage e-GP tendering process.
Develop and maintain relationships with government offices, NGO’s, EPC contractors and corporate clients.
Prepare BOQ, quotations, techno-commercial offers and project documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams for site surveys, proposals and client presentations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and prepare sales reports accordingly.
Tracks sales targets and generate regular report for management review.
Provide after sales support and follow-up on project progress with client satisfaction.
