Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good relationship and connection with customers, importers in local market for securing business of Freight forwarding ( Sea Import )
∎ Committed and be able to secure business from his existing clients base.
∎ Should endeavor to explore Market Opportunity
∎ Should be able to achieve given Sales Target.
∎ Prepare Yearly Sales Goal and Budget.
∎ Prepare and submit Daily and Weekly Sales Plan, Monthly Pipeline Report, Market Intelligence report to the Management.
∎ Should communicate customers regularly, identify potential customers and develop cliental database.
∎ Be proactive and self-driven in Sales and Marketing.
∎ Have sound knowledge on Logistics Products/Services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea Logistics).
∎ Should know to construct air freight rate, sea freight rate.
∎ Should understand the basic operation of Sea freight and air freight.
∎ Must have knowledge in commonly used terms in air and sea freight (Incoterms)
∎ Should have adequate competence to prepare price proposal to customer and follow up for materializing the business.
∎ Must be proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Need to have good problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Must be capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should be pro-active and self-motivated.
∎ Should have leadership capacity for managing the team.
∎ Should be honest with high integrity.
∎ Should have advance knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Power point, Words etc.)
