Excellent communication skills in both written and speaking in English.
Computer literacy is a must.

Job Description / Responsibility
Manage the sales team and train the sales team.
Decisions should be made regarding product demand, product stock, product import, new product addition.
Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies of the company.
Candidate must need to be smart with good behavior and attitude.
Make sales plan as per given sales target, and ensure to achieve individual sales targets set by the management. Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles, and practices.
Ensure Sales & Collection target.
Visit existing & potential customers on a regular basis. Identify areas of improvement for seeking out new sales opportunities.
Analyze competitor`s strategy, business performance, and product performance; look for new products in the industrial segment. Maintain a strong relationship with existing & potential customers.
Work with the marketing team to develop new & trendy ideas.
Candidate must-have mentality to work in a startup under pressure.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
