Job Context:
∎ A Leading Power Generating Firm is seeking a suitably qualified Assistant Manager to aggressively sell, manage and expand its range of Generator, Lift ,AC and build long-term relationships with potential lead customers. This is a hands-on role which will encompass account development, sales skills, products expertise (in selling) and sales target achievement. Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures
∎ Area basis ( Rajshahi , Chittagong , Barishal , Sylhet ) candidates must be the habitant of these specific areas .
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Attend daily to customers and follow-up to close leads.
∎ Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely
∎ payment of receivables (collections).
∎ Find out New Customers & visit the market frequently.
∎ Monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
∎ Responsible to achieve the set sales target.
∎ Exploit tactics to enhance sales and increase revenue.
∎ Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients.
∎ Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs.
∎ Represent and negotiating on behalf of the company with key customers.
∎ Develop presentation, reports and proposals as part of sales tools to illustrate benefits from the use of good and service the company is offering
∎ Study, prepare and administrate sales offers and contracts
∎ Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement
