∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
∎ Bachelor Degree Subject of Business/ Agriculture/ Marketing/ Management/ Economics Etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Principal Accountabilities:
∎ To prepare product wise appropriate marketing plan and strategy, budget and P&L statement with meeting the turn over, gross margin and of the portfolio, product pricing policy guideline for customer etc.
∎ To prepare and up-date the costing of all products with the price change of raw and packing materials, promotional materials. Prepare promotional plan with budget and necessary execution of activities.
∎ Create sales network/channel/customer as per product line of company along with design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company`s customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Sales target setting along with ensure day to day sales, target achievement, distribution, inventory management, collection aligning with concern department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ General responsibilities: Lead sales and marketing team
∎ Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ Day to day reporting as per company requirement
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the Superior as and when required for the business purpose.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbent have to be young, smart & energetic
∎ Professionalism
∎ Amicable and presentable.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Package (Especially MS Excel)
