Job Responsibilities:
∎ Potential Farmers selection, group formation and orientation
∎ Organize field meeting, field day and technology sharing meeting
∎ Monitoring farmers activity at field as per guideline by technical consultant.
∎ Find out the difficulties and solve the issue after discussing with consultant.
∎ Assistance to the post-harvest team
∎ Record keeping all activities start from cultivation to harvesting
∎ Maintain farmers data base
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Required 1-2 Years in Project Field Work
Salary: Negotiable
