∎ MBA or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or any relevant discipline from a reputed university.
∎ Specialized training or certification in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in the garments manufacturing industry, specifically in Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain Management.
∎ Must have hands-on experience with denim products and working knowledge of Levi's quality protocols, product requirements, and compliance standards.
∎ Prior experience working with renowned global brands, especially Levi Strauss & Co., is strongly preferred.
∎ In-depth knowledge of quality standards (AQL, ISO, etc.), inspection procedures, and CAP (Corrective Action Plan) management.
∎ Proven ability to lead quality teams, analyze production processes, identify quality issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.
∎ Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and international buyers.
∎ Capable of working under pressure and spending extended hours at the factory floor as required.
∎ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct monthly process audits to ensure readiness for Levi’s cross-validation.
∎ Ensure direct reports (QAs) are trained and capable of independently executing PER and QMP requirements.
∎ Monitor stitching and washing processes to ensure alignment with Levi’s and buyer quality standards.
∎ Follow up on production schedules to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability of necessary materials and resources.
∎ Track and control costs related to stitching and washing operations.
∎ Ensure compliance with Levi’s quality systems, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
∎ Evaluate process performance regularly to meet productivity, quality, and delivery targets.
∎ Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the stitching or washing processes.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of production progress, quality metrics, and cost data.
∎ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
