Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Chemistry/ Food Technology & Nutrition/ Biochemistry /Dairy science/ Food Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Aseptic & Sugar line's In process Quality Control and mixing related qc activities for maintaining standard Quality and Efficiency.
∎ Responsible to ensure the product quality parameter as per specification.
∎ To reduce the manufacturing fault by maintaining proper quality product.
∎ To support validation activities in Aseptic process line as per schedule.
∎ Look after HACCP, GMP, FSSC, QMS etc. related activities.
∎ Developing, Implementation, Monitoring and controlling all documentation system as per GMP requirements of Aseptic plant.
∎ Preparation of manufacturing instructions and specifications for raw materials, finished products for production and test methods for quality control.
∎ Regular inspection of plant, to ensure that good housekeeping and approved procedures of cleaning are being practiced to ensure that at all times it meet the standards of GMP.
∎ Control and ensure on-line quality parameters during production.
∎ Preparation and Checking of test procedure, specification and stability testing procedure.
∎ Train up to quality person about milk plant related activities.
∎ Identify the root cause of product damage and quality fault.
∎ Establish quality requirements for external suppliers of raw and packaging materials.
∎ Set standard for quality as well as health, safety and BSTI requirement.
