Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services;
∎ Manage digital agencies and oversee their work;
∎ Plan, budget, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels, making adjustments as needed;
∎ Analyze customer data and trends across all digital platforms to identify new growth opportunities;
∎ Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing them accordingly;
∎ Lead media planning and buying for the digital media of Aarong Dairy's product lines;
∎ Assist in introducing new product launches for the company on various digital media platforms;
∎ Enhance the product's introduction across different digital media platforms;
∎ Report and analyze for improved results;
∎ Negotiate and onboard new vendors for broader reach;
∎ Set up KPIs for performance-driven campaigns;
∎ Introduce digital conversions to generate ROI;
∎ Process and complete the requisition and billing process for digital marketing;
∎ Prepare the annual budget for digital marketing;
∎ Manage customer complaints across all digital platforms;
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment;
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action;
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
