Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual fodder production plan and budget
∎ Manage fodder lands for fodder production
∎ Prepare a ration formulation for different group of breeding animals and manage to provide the feed accordingly
∎ Ensure proper routine checkup for animal health regarding nutrition and share time to time with management
∎ Supervise fodder production related staffs and workers in the bull station
∎ Prepare silage and hay and make it available for crisis period
∎ Purchase and preserve straw in the store for breeding animals
∎ Ensure feed supply and allocate according to the daily ration
∎ Provide training to the subordinates related to animal nutrition and replicate the approved ideas or innovation to them
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Perform any other task as and when required by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Age, education and experiences may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
∎ Must have presentation, networking and IT based communication skill
∎ Must have technical knowledge on animal nutrition, feed and ration formulation for dairy cattle, buffalo goat and sheep, total mixed ration and silage preparation and feeding
∎ Have knowledge on safe fodder selection and cultivation for dairy cattle production.
∎ Able to manage multiple tasks with prioritizing deadlines and opportunities
∎ Able to work collaboratively in a team
∎ Must have to work under pressure in a challenging environment
