Job Responsibilities:
∎ The responsibilities of the Asst. Manager – Product Sourcing (Handicraft) include but are not limited to the descriptions below:
∎ 1) Ensure Handicraft product sourcing from all over the country.
∎ 2) Building and maintaining liaison with different handicraft product manufacturing and supplier organizations.
∎ 3) Generate ideas about present & future market place (Local & International), competitors and trends to ensure a cutting edge strategy.
∎ 4) Sourcing Handicraft product buyer in Local & International market.
∎ 5) Analysis of proper customer needs and ensure timely product availability by smart liaison with product manufacturer/ supplier.
∎ 6) Manage special customer order, customer complaints, solve producer and products related problems.
∎ 7) Regularly updating the products, market price, competitive quality and ensuring product quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good knowledge on Handicraft Product.
∎ Capabilities of forming, leading & motivating the team.
∎ Strong inter-personal relationship, communication and leadership skills
∎ Innovative and pro-active in taking initiatives.
∎ Able to work under pressure independently.
