Education:

• B.Sc/ M.Sc in Food Technology & Nutritional Science or B.Sc/ M.Sc in Food and Process Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the food processing industry. Must have experience in New product design, process design, and R & D.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Work on the development of new products and enhancements to existing products.

• Prepare samples and conduct performance tests, including stability assessments.

• Finalize formulations for new products.

• Create manufacturing instructions and specifications for new products.

• Monitor the performance of new products post-commercialization.

• Conduct performance and quality evaluations of competitor products.

• Identify quality parameters for improvement post-commercialization.

• Investigate and determine the cause of customer complaints to inform future improvements.

• Develop overall product development plans on a monthly and yearly basis.
